Every order begins with a careful inspection of your materials. Each print, negative, or film strip is logged individually, evaluated for condition, and flagged for any special handling requirements before scanning begins..
HAND SCAN
Your materials are scanned one at a time using true optical resolution — never batch processed, never fed through automated equipment. Every frame and every print receives individual attention to preserve natural grain, tonal depth, and original detail.
QUALITY CHECK
Every file is reviewed before delivery. We check for focus, exposure accuracy, color fidelity, and proper orientation. Files that don't meet our standards are rescanned — no exceptions.
DELIVER & RETURN
Your high-resolution digital files are delivered via secure download link within 48 hours of receipt. Your original prints, negatives, and film are carefully repackaged and returned to you. Nothing is kept, discarded, or retained — ever.
